Can you find anything in this app that works?? Come on frenchies! Youll make no money with this kind of time consuming nonfunctional ticket selling system.
This app does not work. Sncf, please make a new one, this is very annoying as it is only way to get a ticket on your phone and tablet. In the future, if the app does not work, better not to offer one at all. Thanks
The developers of this app should be ashamed of themselves. France is not an option for a country. Because my ticket was bought on French site this app cant find it because it was downloaded on the US store. Horrible. I have a ticket I cant view on this app. Buggy elsewhere. Sncf typical of your poor customer service ways. I see I have plenty of company of disgruntled users.
Why the French version is not available on the U.S. Appstore? This international version is very poor and does not support French language.
Living in France but have an American iTunes account, this application is absolutely useless. I cant see my tickets that u purchased from the website.
App only accepts payments using French credit cards with active French cell phone account. If you use a foreign credit card the app will debit your account and then claim that your bank declined the transaction. Customer service for help with credit card payments is not available.
I use this app when I need to travel by train while in France. I would suggest the complete integration of TER and TGV booking and ticketing, which would make this an almost perfect app.
One of the best designed mobile apps Ive ever used. Now if only they can keep their drivers from going on strike.

This app does not support people living in France and having a US iTunes account. It works with SNCF Direct so it should be an easy fix. Please update.
Very intelligent and elegant app. I was positively surprised how pleasant it was to browse it. If I ever try to develop an App one day in my life, Ill use this one as standard
Easy booking process and I like that there is a Passbook option for iPhones. I havent made the trip yet so hopefully the mobile ticket process will be just as easy.
Its too bad that those who created this app werent obliged to use it outside of France. For starters, NO app should require hrs and hrs to complete a simple booking. Its crazy to refuse non-French credit cards and not warn clients. After repeatedly seeing the reservation refused and calling the credit card Co. to learn that the transaction never appeared, then to see that for some trains AMEX is accepted but Mastercard is systematically refused by the SNCF servers is nerve-racking. Some trains require printed tickets and some allow e-tickets. Make sure you check before starting out because they can differ for the same round trip. Above all, get plenty of rest and keep snacks with you before trying to use this app. Youre in it for the long haul.
Very frustrating.
Even though I can login with my SNCF account, I cannot import my reserved trips to the app. It says "bookings dont exist or cannot be accessed from the mobile app". Well then, what is the point of having a mobile app?
Simply useless. Cannot retrieve a ticket bought on a computer to put it in Passbook...
Bought ticket & created an account for myself on their website, downloaded app, logged in and found ticket in the app, ready & waiting...all in a few min while sitting in Starbucks. Beats waiting in line or trying to find a printer!

Total useless app, cannot import my e tickets. What is the point of this app. Please get back to work guys and check the functionality of your app before releasing on the App Store
