If you purchase a ticket on the website you cant show the reservation in the app even with the reference.

Cannot import tickets in the app "ticket cannot be found", even though we can see them through the website. Just bad design, bad programming. Bravo SNCF. Cannot even create an account through the app! It doesnt go to step 3/3. Wow.

Wonderful! Ive had trouble in the past with the website because of my foreign card, but I used it in the app without any hiccups! Very pleased. The app itself is easy to use and super convenient. Travel just got easier.

I couldnt add the e-ticket I bought on the internet since apparently the booking reference number I got doesnt work in the app ( it does however work in the website), therefore I do not recommend it ( the help section of the app didnt provide me any help)

App is not user friendly and misleading. You can buy and download tickets in the app that are not valid as tickets on the train. I had to pay a ticket twice for the same train. Very disappointing.

Very useful for anyone travelling in, to, or from France by train. The new redesign polished a few rough points, and its very easy to use.

I use this app all the time but recently it has been freezing when searching for trains. Please fix!

The app prevents me from purchasing a e-ticket and says that my bank has blocked the transaction when that isnt true (Ive confirmed with my bank). The app allows you to look up schedules and is useful for that task.

I downloaded this app to get access to my train tickets. The first thing asked to do is to choose a country. Oddly enough, France is not on the list. I have a SNCF discount card and a privilege card but the tickets I bought with a French bank card are unfounded on the system. I cant even buy tickets! I guess there is a specific app for French people but this makes the whole experience painful...

Nothing, except the sign up process, works like its supposed to. Pointless app.

Tried to pay, say denied no matter how many cards i used. Of course when I called they said it is my Bank and cant help. Called the bank, they said everything is fine and they didnt see any transaction either denied or accepted from scnf. Tried 3 other card, same issue. Definitely a technical/programming payment glitch with SNCF. Tried 3 different cards all the same result. Use Safari instead of this apps, (and dont use the mobile web site version) it seems to work, chrome didnt! Also choose France as the country otherwise they redirect you to eurorail and not sure if you get the promos? They are other issue like requesting phone number, when i travel i use a temp mobile phone number and says invalid if you uses space, i used copy and paste the phobe and by default it has spaces (guess it was to hard to program to remove space) Overall a few very bad logic design and user experience. They also have another version in the french apps store. I use the app just to import the e-ticket that part seems to work :)

Wouldnt let me book any tickets, defeating the purpose and usefulness of this app.

I had the same credit card payment issues BUT I called the customer services (+33254546700) and they told that in order to prevent credit card fraud they are systematically blocking all credit cards issued from a bank outside of France; the gentleman on the phone kindly offered me to "unlock" my credit card et voila NOW IT WORKS GREAT !!!

Looks nice but transactions interrupted frequently in the course of booking - need to switch to the website. Another problem is that we have to change preferences when we book tickets with different classes/preferences, a bit annoying. Using on iPad3/iOS7.1.2.

Painful process of attempting to book a ticket using this App... keeps interrupting then sending you back to top page again and again, making you retype all info..

Cant download app... I see the cloud sign, tap on it and message about "you already purchased it and app will be downloaded without any charges" is appears. I tap OK and... nothing is happens.

Why you have deleted the most useful function of your app? Fare calendar reduced time to find more appropriate train with low price! Please return it as soon as possible!

Cant find tickets associated with my account, nor can it import tickets from the dossier number. The mobile website works fine, however.
